RETURN POLICY

1. Reasons for product exchange:
  • The delivered product has an incorrect quantity, size, or model compared to the order.
  • The product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (technical defects, design flaws, content errors, hidden defects, discrepancies from the manufacturer's published quality standards) or during transportation (deformation, scratches, stains, breakage, etc.).
2. Product exchange requirements:
2.1 Exchange conditions:
  • The product is not in the restricted exchange category of www.knar.com.vn.
  • The product is unused, intact, and has complete labels, original packaging, and seals (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).
  • The product comes with complete accessories (user manual, warranty card, etc.) and accompanying gifts (if any).
  • The product is not dirty or does not contain any data (in case the product has a storage device).   

      2.2 Product exchange time:

      • All products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase (at the store) or from the date of receipt (for online purchases).
      • Product exchange is applicable at the store where you made the purchase. Please contact the store directly for size exchange support. In case the size is out of stock, please choose other available models at the store.
      • For online order exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
