WARRANTY POLICY

1. 6-MONTH WARRANTY

This is a FREE shoe repair service within 6 MONTHS for manufacturing defects such as: sole structural damage; cracked or blistered leather; broken or loose stitches. If you encounter any of the above issues during use, please bring your product to the nearest KNAR store for free repair support.


2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The product is not covered by the warranty or may incur repair costs if it falls into one of the following cases:
  • The product has been used for more than 6 months.
  • The product has undergone natural wear and tear during use.
  • The customer has tampered with the product, used the shoes incorrectly, or the damage is caused by external factors such as scratches, melting, mold, sharp objects, alcohol-based or strong cleaning solutions (beer, wine, detergents, etc.), paint, animal bites, insects, and similar factors.
