Delivery Time and Cost
Enjoy free expedited shipping on all orders. We operate from Monday to Sunday during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM GMT+7), excluding national holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order online via the provided link (order) or through the “Orders and Returns” page in your account.


Order Tracking
Track your package and check the estimated delivery date online: (order) You will receive an email notification when your order is on its way. Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment, so you may not find any updates immediately after the order is dispatched. We kindly request that you check again the following day.


Delivery
This delivery is free of charge. If you have authorized someone else to collect the product on your behalf, they will need to present:
  • The order confirmation email or customer receipt;
  • A valid form of identification (e.g.: a copy of passport or ID card);
  • Valid identification of the authorized person; and
  • A simple authorization letter from you.
  • The payment card used for the purchase.
    Please note that the tax refund service does not apply to distance sales.
    We will hold your product at the store for thirty (30) calendar days. If the product is not collected within thirty (30) calendar days, the product will be returned to the store and we will notify you. If this happens, it will be considered as a free return of your order and we will refund you for the products.


    Countries we deliver to
    You can change the country you want your order to be delivered to from the top of the page under Country/Language. The list of eligible delivery countries is located in the online shopping subsection. Please note that your Bag and Wishlist are exclusive to each country and will no longer be displayed if you change your location. If you change the country, you will need to reselect your items. Our catalog, shipping methods, and payment options may also be updated.


    Gifts
    All orders are packaged in KNAR packaging and placed in a branded box. If you are purchasing a gift, you may add a personalized gift message at checkout. Your order will be elegantly wrapped and included a personalized card inside the KNAR packaging. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the recipient as the price will not be displayed.
